Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team at Group14 Technologies. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products and services, and for developing and implementing quality systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality systems and processes to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and customer expectations.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement quality-related projects and initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain quality-related documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and training materials.
  • Provide training and support to employees on quality-related topics.
  • Lead root cause analysis and corrective action projects to identify and resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure quality expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in quality assurance or a related field.
  • Experience with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and other quality management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • ASQ Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or ASQ Certified Internal Auditor (CIA).
  • Experience with MasterControl, SAP, and JMP or Minitab.
  • Experience in an automotive supply chain or automotive supply production facility.

  • Competitive salary range: $90,000 - $115,000.
