Sweet Cow is seeking an experienced and results-driven Store Leader to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, leading and coaching team members, and driving sales growth through effective people development and customer engagement.

This role is ideal for someone who possesses excellent communication and leadership skills, is able to motivate and inspire team members, and has a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Focus: Create a customer-centric shop culture, provide consistent and positive customer experiences, and address customer needs and concerns through genuine care and authentic human connection.
  • Team Development: Lead and coach team members, foster a growth-oriented environment, plan and execute company training programs, and supervise team performance.
  • Execution: Ensure effective execution of daily operations, maintain oversight of all hourly positions, navigate ambiguity, and make intentional decisions.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required
  • At least two years of experience in a related service industry is preferred
  • Experience delegating tasks to other employees and/or coordinating the tasks of two or more employees is necessary
  • The successful candidate must be at least 21 years old
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds is a requirement
  • Ability to stand for the entirety of a shift is essential

Salary: $19.00/hour + tips, estimated annual salary: $39,584.00 based on full-time hours.
