About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and highly motivated Dialysis Nurse to join our team at Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM), a leading healthcare management organization.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN) in our dialysis facilities across Georgia, South Carolina, and North Carolina.

Salary Information

The salary for this role is estimated to be around $95,000 per year, based on experience, with a sign-on bonus of up to $13,000 offered.

Responsibilities

Key responsibilities of the Dialysis Nurse include:

  • Providing prescribed medical treatment and dialysis treatment to patients
  • Rending highly professional and technical nursing care to patients
  • Directing and supervising other team members
  • Collaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to achieve the highest standards of care
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A graduate degree from an accredited school of nursing
  • Current RN licensure appropriate to the state of practice
  • Excellent bedside manner and communication skills
