We are seeking a skilled Telehealth Nurse to join our team at GA - SOUTHERN REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER (SRGA).

Job Summary:
As a Telehealth Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care through remote consultations. You will work closely with our healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to patients and their families
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to coordinate care and ensure continuity
• Utilize technology to facilitate remote consultations and communication

Requirements:
• Current active professional license in RN field
• 2 years of experience as a RN
