Branch Teller

Job Summary:

The Branch Teller I is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting members with financial transactions, such as deposits and withdrawals. This role requires a strong knowledge of financial products and services, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supports the achievement of unit sales goals by identifying opportunities for cross-selling Credit Union products and services.
• Provides timely and courteous service to all branch members, assisting them with financial transactions and resolving routine issues.
• Participates in employee development programs to improve sales and service skills.
• Performs all operational activities in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Credit Union policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• High School or GED
• At least 1 year to 24 months of customer service and/or cash handling experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
