Culinary Specialist

The Culinary Services Group LLC is seeking a highly skilled Culinary Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our bistro team, you will be responsible for preparing, assembling, and serving menu items to our discerning customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook hot and cold foods, including soups, sauces, salads, and entrees.
- Portion meals using measuring tools and garnish food to ensure presentation is appealing.
- Monitor food temperatures and examine foods for quality and freshness.
- Station set up and maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Receive, unpack, and store deliveries according to supervisor's instructions.
- Under supervisor's guidance, clean and sanitize work stations and areas.
Requirements:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a quality dining experience.
- Promote a work environment of teamwork, respect, and integrity.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations and company policies.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area and fulfill HACCP policies.
