Post Harvest Specialist

This is a key role within the cultivation facility at PharmaCann LLC.
We are seeking a highly productive and efficient individual to join our team in this fast-paced work environment centered around cleaning and equipment maintenance.
The Post Harvest Specialist is responsible for executing their daily tasks with professionalism and safety, consistently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute thorough cleaning and decontamination of equipment, supplies, and operational areas in the Post Harvest department.
- Support machinery breakdowns to facilitate deep cleaning.
- Operate the dishwasher and pressure washer for effective cleaning.
- Ensure secure transport of plants from Production to Trim room to Post Trim room.
- Maintain daily and weekly goals for harvesting plants in the Trim department.
- Follow direction and take instructions from leadership to meet production and quality standards.
Training Requirements:
- This position will receive training by the Manager of Trim and/or Senior Manager of Post Harvest assigned to the cultivation facility.
- Training aligns with Delt Service's mission statement and employee development.
- Understanding of state laws and regulations governing cultivation operations.
Workspace and Material Maintenance:
- Collaborate with the Manager of Trim and Senior Manager of Post Harvest to maintain organized Trim rooms.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of Post Harvest production areas.
- Participate in efficient productivity and teamwork during cleaning and organizing tasks.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Adhere to instructed state and federal compliance regulations.
- Report any non-compliance issues.
Supervision:
- This position operates under direct supervision of the Manager of Trim and Senior Manager of Post Harvest.
- Expected to perform duties independently with high productivity and efficiency.
Working Conditions:
- This role involves working in a fast-paced environment focused on cleaning and equipment maintenance.
- Proper PPE use is required at all times to maintain GMP model certification.
- Able to kneel, bend, reach, rotate, and stoop frequently throughout the day.
- Able to lift and move up to 70 pounds occasionally.
Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on location and experience. This salary estimate is based on industry standards and the requirements of the role. The actual salary may vary based on individual qualifications and performance.
