Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to implementation, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
- Allocate resources effectively for assigned projects, ensuring optimal utilization of personnel and equipment.

Requirements:
- Must be able to travel out of state for project assignments.
- Previous experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience.
- Familiarity with construction management software and tools.
- Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
- Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.
