  • Previous experience in construction management, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of experience.

  • Strong leadership qualities, with the ability to motivate and direct teams.
  • Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
  • Deadline and detail-oriented, with a strong focus on quality and timeliness.
