Your Responsibilities as a Residential HVAC Technician:
- Install HVAC systems in compliance with safety protocols, company policies, and manufacturer guidelines
- Conduct pre-installation measurements at job sites to ensure proper setup
- Accurately connect equipment
- Assist customers by interpreting work orders, adhering to daily travel itineraries, addressing customer inquiries, executing assigned tasks, and proactively resolving issues
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and information flow
- For each installation project, requisition necessary components and ensure the vehicle is stocked with all required materials
- Record work completed in line with company procedures
- Mentor assistants or apprentices and share expertise
- Maintain personal tools and equipment in good working order
- Stay updated on HVAC regulations and standards
- Uphold professional conduct and appearance in all work environments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors or managers
- Operate a box truck and ensure its proper maintenance

Qualifications Required:
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in residential HVAC installation and knowledge
- Possession of EPA Universal 608 Certification
- Willingness to undergo a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Valid US Driver's License with a clean driving record
- Excellent customer service abilities
- Strong mechanical skills
