Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
  • Execute client care plans and document daily activities
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal care, household assistance, and companionship
  • Provide clients with medication assistance, mobility support, and other essential care services
Requirements
  • Must be at least 21 years of age (some exceptions may apply)
  • Must have at least 1 year of caregiving experience with the senior population
  • Must have sufficient communication and language skills to effectively perform duties
Working Environment

As a Caregiver with Home Matters Caregiving, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including client homes, skilled nursing facilities, and assisted living communities.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive hourly rate, starting at $12 per hour, depending on experience. Additionally, our caregivers receive weekly pay, pay cards, holiday pay, performance-based pay raises, and referral bonuses.
