We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our surgical team at Elmbrook Memorial Hospital in Brookfield, WI. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will provide direct nursing care to patients in a diverse healthcare environment.
Responsibilities- Implement and monitor patient care plans to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.
- Monitor, record, and communicate patient condition as appropriate to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Serve as a coordinator of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
- Note and carry out physician and nursing orders to ensure timely and effective care.
- Assess and coordinate patient's care needs with members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care.
- Licensure/Certification/Registration: BLS Provider, Registered Nurse credentialed from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing, Licensure from the Wisconsin Board of Nursing or current home state license if considered multi-state/Compact State.
- Education: Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing or Required professional licensure at time of hire.
