At Senior Care Therapy, we are dedicated to providing in-person psychotherapy services to seniors in over 300 sub-acute, long-term care, and assisted living communities throughout NJ, NY, PA, and MD. Compensation and Benefits
Full-time clinicians can expect a competitive salary ranging from $100,000 to $170,000 annually, including base pay and bonus potential. We also offer excellent health, vision, and dental insurance benefits, as well as a 401(k) plan for full-time employees. In addition, part-time positions are available, and we offer paid fee-for-service arrangements.
Job Responsibilities
As a Clinical Psychologist with Senior Care Therapy, you will have the opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team to provide individual and group sessions to our residents. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments and follow-up sessions during standard hours of care, completing documentation within appropriate guidelines using our electronic medical/health system, and collaborating with the treatment team, interdisciplinary team, and directors as needed.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a Ph.D., Psy.D., or Ed.D. in clinical psychology and be licensed to practice in the state where you reside. You will also need to have experience working with the geriatric population, a history of treating anxiety, depression, and adjustment disorders, and excellent time management and organizational skills. Computer proficiency and the ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, are also essential.
