About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Exclusion Specialist to join our team at Rentokil Terminix. As an Exclusion Specialist, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service to our customers by setting up and building exclusion traps, removing animals trapped in exclusion devices, and interacting with customers to explain services provided.

Responsibilities
  • Set up and build exclusion traps to specifications
  • Remove animals trapped in exclusion devices
  • Work in a safety harness from rooftops as needed in the performance of exclusion services and wildlife removal
  • Interact with customers and explain services provided
  • Complete production forms documenting services provided
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Valid driver's license
  • Three to six months of related exclusion experience and/or training
  • Six months of experience using hand tools and related equipment
  • Personable and enjoy interacting with customers
  • Self-motivated and have a strong work ethic
  • Effective communication skills
  • Detailed oriented and understand the importance of safety
  • Good aptitude for basic math
