We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Caregiver to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient care under the direction of nursing staff, ensuring the highest level of comfort and well-being.
- Administer prescribed medications to patients, maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety protocols.
- Assist patients with toileting, transferring, and other essential activities, promoting independence and dignity.
- Provide companionship and basic care, including grooming, feeding assistance, and bathing, to enhance patients' overall experience.
- Maintain a clean and healthy environment, adhering to infection control standards and performing light housekeeping duties.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or related fields, with a strong focus on delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
- Certification by the state of GA, with a commitment to ongoing education and professional development.
- Basic Life Support certification, with the ability to work well in teams and independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate and caring demeanor.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, with the ability to build rapport with patients and their families.
