Responsibilities:
  • Perform detailed cleaning tasks to meet our quality standards
  • Manage and maintain linens and supplies
  • Use third-party software to track and manage jobs
  • Communicate promptly with clients and team members
  • Travel to job sites as needed
Requirements:
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • Reliability and ability to work independently
  • Physical ability to lift or slide up to 40 lbs
  • Reliable personal transportation
  • Smartphone capable of downloading necessary apps and taking/sending photos via text
  • Ability to wash and dry linens off-site (e.g., at home or a laundromat)
Compensation:
  • Earn 65% of each job's revenue, with most jobs paying between $70-$130 per clean
  • Monthly performance bonuses available for Airbnb cleans based on positive feedback
