We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Registered Nurse Resident to join our team at Saint Vincent's Medical Center Riverside. As a New Graduate RN Resident, you will have the opportunity to develop your clinical skills and knowledge in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to patients in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Assist with patient care, including observation and documentation of patient healthcare needs.
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Implement and monitor patient care plans, ensuring timely and effective interventions.
- Actively engage in transition to practice programs to develop clinical thinking and enhanced clinical judgment.
- BLS Provider certification within 1 month of hire date.
- Registered Nurse licensure from the Florida Board of Nursing.
- Diploma from an accredited school of nursing or required professional licensure at time of hire.
