Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic plans that align with the company's goals and objectives

• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their security needs, and ensuring their satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for business growth and new client acquisition within the region
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to promote company services and expand the client base

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (Security Management, Business Administration, etc.) or equivalent work experience
• Proven experience in a leadership role
• Excellent professional communication and organizational skills
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Team player with a passion for delivering cutting-edge solutions to clients

What We Offer
