Position Summary:
QAD is currently seeking a dedicated full-time CNC Machining Specialist to operate our advanced CNC Swiss Style Lathe and CNC Mill Machines as part of our expanding team.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Interpret and understand mechanical blueprints effectively.
  • Learn calibration techniques and proficiently use digital calipers, micrometers, depth gauges, and other measurement instruments as required.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail during part inspections.
  • Demonstrate a strong work ethic and foster a collaborative team environment.
  • Execute scheduled maintenance protocols for all machinery.
  • Capable of lifting up to 70 lbs independently.
  • Maintain a safe, efficient, and organized workspace.
  • Experience with Fanuc controls is advantageous.
  • Adaptability to work varying schedules, including shifts (day or night), weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
