Job Description:

As a Pharmacy Intern Grad at Walgreens, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the efficient operation of our pharmacies. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Customer Experience:
  • Engage with customers and patients to provide personalized service and support.
  • Resolve customer issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and retention.
Operations:
  • Perform pharmacist tasks, including compounding, drug therapy reviews, and medication management.
  • Ensure the pharmacy operates in accordance with regulations, company policies, and standards.
  • Assist the pharmacy manager with establishing procedures to promote efficient workflow and employee development.
People & Performance Management:
  • Assist the Pharmacy Manager with staff hiring and training.
  • Reinforce the direction of the Pharmacy Manager in staff performance by coaching and providing constructive feedback.
  • Promote teamwork and motivate team members to achieve shared goals.
Training & Personal Development:
  • Maintain current knowledge and skills related to pharmacy and healthcare by reading relevant publications and communications.
  • Seek professional development opportunities to enhance performance and stay up-to-date with industry developments.
