We are seeking dedicated individuals for the role of Order Selector/Picker at our Food Distribution Center. As a reputable third-party Warehouse Service Provider, we offer stable, full-time employment opportunities.

Onboarding Process: Efficient onboarding to ensure a smooth transition into your new role.

Hours/Schedule:

  • 2:00 PM - Finish (8 to 10 hours)
  • Monday to Saturday with a designated day off

Compensation:

  • Weekly pay cycle - Payments issued every Friday
  • PPO Health Insurance options including dental and vision coverage
  • Accrual of Paid Time Off (Sick Leave)

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Utilize warehouse technology for product location (Voice picking system)
  • Retrieve items from warehouse shelves
  • Accurately gather orders based on specified quantity and size
  • Assemble pallets with orders and position them for loading
  • Secure pallets with wrapping before loading
  • Meet a minimum picking rate of 160 cases per hour

Requirements:

  • Experience with voice picking and electric pallet jacks is essential
  • Prior experience in bulk selection within a warehouse setting
  • Capability to lift heavy boxes repetitively, ranging from 30 lbs to 100 lbs
  • Ability to remain on feet for extended periods
  • Positive demeanor and capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Performance incentives available
