Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team as a Senior Rehabilitation Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for assessing the physical abilities and needs of patients in a skilled nursing facility, developing individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability. You will provide physical therapy treatments to assist patients with recovery from illness, injury, or surgery, aiming to restore independence and quality of life.

About the Position
This is a 13-week contract position with a competitive salary and benefits package. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in rehabilitation techniques, therapy equipment, and treatment planning in a long-term care environment. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to coordinate care and ensure exceptional outcomes for our patients.

Responsibilities
  • Assess the physical abilities and needs of patients in a skilled nursing facility.
  • Develop individualized therapy plans to improve mobility, strength, and overall functional ability.
