Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Computed Tomography Technologist to join our Diagnostic Imaging team at University Hospitals. As a CT Technologist, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the successful operation of our department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement CT scanning protocols and procedures efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide patient care during visits to the CT department, adhering to expected service excellence standards.
  • Contribute to the successful operation of the department using administrative skills.
  • Collaborate effectively and in a timely manner with coworkers and staff.
  • Maintain positive relationships with patients, customers, and co-workers.
  • Adhere to hospital CT safety standards.
  • Take responsibility for self-development and support a learning environment.
  • Provide age-specific care to patients from neonates through geriatrics.
  • Collaborate effectively with co-workers in a timely manner while displaying a positive attitude.
Additional Responsibilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Comply with all policies and standards.
  • Refer to documentation provided by the department during orientation for specific duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain the confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) for our patients.

Annual training, the UH Code of Conduct, and UH policies and procedures are in place to address the appropriate use of PHI in the workplace.
