Segment Specialist

**Job Overview:**

King Machine Companies is a leading manufacturer of tire molds, and we are seeking a highly skilled Segment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing aluminum segments for tire molds using specialized equipment and techniques.

The ideal candidate will have experience with ice blaster general labor and possess strong attention to detail when using air and hand tools. You will also be able to work efficiently to complete each segment in a timely manner and maintain compliance with all safety protocols and health regulations.

**Responsibilities and Requirements:**

We are offering a competitive salary of $50,000 - $60,000 per year, based on location and experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating specialized equipment, executing precise drilling operations, verifying cavity measurements, and maintaining and performing basic repairs on hand-finish equipment.

In addition, the successful candidate will need to possess strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work overtime, including weekends and evenings.
