Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in Brighton, Massachusetts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate client needs and develop personalized treatment plans to enhance their abilities.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Implement therapeutic interventions to promote client progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
  • Educate clients and families on effective strategies for improvement.
Requirements
  • A Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid licensure in the state of Massachusetts or eligibility for licensure.
  • Previous experience in a clinical setting is preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
