Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Security Officer Flex to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will serve and safeguard clients in various industries, including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, government, and more.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities when necessary.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, working in environments and conditions that may vary by client site.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles or 21 years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Undergo a drug screen as per applicable laws.
• Obtain required licenses prior to employment (dependent on state and/or local laws).
• A valid driver's license is required for driving positions only.
