Responsibilities- Provide basic patient care to assigned patients, working under the direction of the Supervisor or Clinic Manager.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Graduate of an accredited school of registered nursing.
- Current Washington Registered Nurse License.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association certification.
- At least one year of nursing experience in a clinic or acute care setting, or completion of a residency program.
- Provider Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) - American Heart Association certification.
