Job Overview

We are looking for a proficient CNC Water Jet Machinist to operate and maintain CNC machinery. The successful candidate will possess a solid mechanical understanding and hands-on experience with CNC equipment.


Key Responsibilities
  • Operate CNC water jet machines to execute tasks including cutting and shaping materials.
  • Configure and fine-tune machine settings to achieve desired specifications.
  • Conduct inspections of machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform quality control checks using precision instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to manufacture components accurately.
  • Employ hand tools for assembly and finishing operations.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in CNC Water Jet operation is essential.
  • Knowledge of laser cutting, welding, and stamping press operations is advantageous.
  • Proficient in using measurement tools for accurate assessments.
  • Understanding of tooling and machine setup processes.
  • Experience with cranes for material handling is a plus.
