Job Title: Retail Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team at Kontoor Brands, Inc. As a Retail Supervisor, you will play a key role in driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maximize store sales and achieve sales goals through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
• Lead a team of sales associates to provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Monitor sales progress and results against key targets, and make adjustments as needed to drive sales growth.
• Assist in executing labor and payroll expenses to maximize sales and productivity.

Brand Experience/Customer Service:

• Ensure excellence in customer service by modeling brand-specific service standards and monitoring customer feedback.
• Lead and inspire a customer-centric culture by providing direct feedback and supervision to associates.
• Ensure store team engages with each customer to create an authentic brand experience.

Coaching Team:

• Provide coaching to the store team in core areas of customer engagement and sales results.
• Ensure store team receives relevant, timely feedback, coaching, and redirection to enable their success.

Operations, Loss Prevention, and Safety:

• Monitor that all company and store policies, process execution, and procedures are followed, and report concerns directly to the Store Manager.
• Delegate tasks to associates as needed to maintain operational excellence.

Visual Merchandising:

• Ensure visual merchandising standards for the store are maintained.

Store Culture:

• Model behavior that respects the background, experience, and unique differences of others, upholding the integrity and values of Kontoor Brands.
• Promote an environment that encourages participation, creativity, and learning by sharing best practices and building on the ideas of others.
