Position Overview

The role involves overseeing the assessment, planning, and implementation of direct clinical care for assigned patients on a per-shift basis. Additionally, the nurse will supervise the staff to whom care is delegated, ensuring high-quality and safe nursing practices.

Qualifications

Minimum Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program.

Preferred Education: Academic degree in nursing (Bachelor's or Master's).

Experience: Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an acute care setting within the specialty.

Licensure: Must hold a current nursing license as required by law and meet all certification requirements for the specialty. CPR certification from the American Heart Association is also required.
