Phlebotomy Technician

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at CCM Health. As a Phlebotomist, you will be responsible for performing routine blood collections, processing specimens, and maintaining the overall safety and cleanliness of the laboratory.

Responsibilities:

• Collect blood samples from patients using a variety of techniques and equipment
• Process specimens for testing and analysis
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of laboratory procedures and protocols
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Provide excellent customer service and communication skills to patients and colleagues

Requirements:

• Graduate of a certified phlebotomy program or medical program
• High school diploma or equivalent with documentation of previous phlebotomy training and experience
• Good communication skills and a pleasant personality
• Ability to work directly with patients and/or their families
