Radiology Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Radiology Nurse to join our team at Hunterdon Health. As a Radiology Nurse, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and ensuring the best possible outcomes for our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Facilitate and coordinate focused care to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Complete thorough documentation of patient care to ensure accurate records
- Maintain professional development through ongoing education and training
- Provide education to patients and families to promote health and wellness
- Act as a patient advocate to ensure their rights and needs are respected
- Maintain patient safety through adherence to hospital policies and procedures
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing and a minimum of three years of experience in nursing. You will also need to be certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS). Certification in Radiology Nursing is preferred.
You will be required to pass an annual clinical competency-based program and mandated in-service education. Unit-specific skills may include IV therapy, basic arrhythmia interpretation, vent training, critical care, conscious sedation, Bi-Pap/CPAP, and EndTidal CO2.
