Key Responsibilities:- Direct and manage all daily activities on the job site.
- Maintain detailed daily logs and records of significant activities, including inspections and deliveries.
- Utilize Procore software to support daily operations effectively.
- Capture and upload daily photographs that reflect project progress, highlighting areas needing attention.
- Review and understand project plans, specifications, and all relevant documentation.
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop the Construction Management Plan and Logistics Plan.
- Guide field personnel in accordance with project plans and company policies.
- Communicate daily with the Project Team regarding issues, performance, and progress.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
- Develop and oversee project schedules using MS Project.
- Conduct regular safety meetings and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage quality control of all material deliveries and construction activities.
- Facilitate subcontractor coordination meetings and document outcomes.
- Ensure that all construction documents are up-to-date and accurately maintained.
- Conduct municipal inspections and address any outstanding items promptly.
- Lead the punchlist process to ensure timely project completion.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 5-10 years of relevant experience in construction management.
- Current MA Construction Supervisors License (CSL) or willingness to obtain within six months.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Strong leadership skills and a commitment to quality and safety.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and familiar with construction management software.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining client relations.
