The Assembly Technician is responsible for the assembly, testing, and repair of products to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble, test, and repair products according to work orders and procedures.
- Understand and work with hydraulic, electrical, mechanical, and general engineering drawings and specifications.
- Prepare proper documentation and certifications per standards.
- Present a positive image of Henrob to customers, integrators, and vendors.
- Assemble and test rivet setters and complete riveting tools and systems.
- Perform timely and effective preventive maintenance on production tools and equipment.
- Maintain safe, clean, and organized work areas that are free from hazards.
- Train others and partner with other areas of the organization.
- Minimum one year of practical/relevant experience in a similar manufacturing environment.
- Hands-on mechanical/electrical/hydraulic experience.
- Computer literacy and ability to read assembly drawings.
- Knowledge and demonstration of safe work practices.
- Willingness to learn and develop along with the company.
- Ability to operate effectively and with a high level of quality.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs.
