As a key member of our store leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the highest level of brand and operational excellence throughout the store by ensuring our team is delivering exceptional customer service to everyone who enters one of our stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the day-to-day operational aspects of their store department, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.
  • Operationally plan and organize both short-term and long-term goals, with the guidance of the Store Manager.
  • Recruit and develop a strong, inclusive, and diverse team, and manage store workforce planning, including payroll budget and scheduling.
  • Hold team members accountable for meeting operational guidelines, brand standards, customer service expectations, and company policies.
  • Drive shrink results through compliance to all guidelines involved with safety, loss prevention, and cash-handling procedures.
  • Communicate effectively with the store leadership team and other stakeholders to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve store performance, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of retail management experience (or customer-focused experience)
  • Strong problem-solving ability and analytical skills
  • Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
