Job Description

Citizant is seeking a skilled Government Badging Credentialing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our enrollment process, you will be responsible for managing the enrollment process for Personal Identity Verification (PIV) cards, including verifying the identity of applicants and collecting required documentation.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage appointments and schedules to accommodate a steady flow of applicants while maintaining efficiency and accuracy.
  • Accurately collect and document personal information, biometric data, and other necessary details from applicants.
  • Verify the authenticity of provided documents and information to prevent fraudulent enrollment attempts.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with applicants, explaining the enrollment process and required documents.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or GED certification.
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel for data management, coordination, and reporting.
  • Ability to adapt to changing security procedures and requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
