About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Pega Systems Architect to join our team at Booz Allen. As a key member of our low-code solution engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing Pega applications using Dev Studio, as well as working within an Agile environment as a Dev Lead on a Scrum or team construct.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement Pega applications using Dev Studio
  • Work within an Agile environment as a Dev Lead on a Scrum or team construct
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate and accelerate cloud modernization
  • Develop creative solutions to reduce system maintenance and development costs
  • Translate client IT needs and future goals into a plan by crafting architectural patterns, design standards, and implementation best practices
Requirements
  • Experience with building Pega applications using Dev Studio
  • Experience with designing applications using Pega's Situational Layer Cake model, including frameworks
  • Experience working within an Agile environment as a Dev Lead on a Scrum or team construct
  • Experience with Pega platform version 7.x and higher
  • Knowledge of integration Pega applications with enterprise level APIs and data services
  • Public Trust
  • HS diploma or GED
  • Pega Certified Senior Systems Architect (CSSA) Certification
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with data migration, data modeling, and data integration
  • Experience with programming languages, including Java,.NET, C#, or JavaScript and Node
  • Experience working with federal clients in a consulting capacity
  • Experience with Pega platform version 8.x
  • Knowledge of Pega Cosmos Themes or similar UI framework
