Diagnostic Imaging Specialist

Job Summary:
Lenox Hill Radiology is seeking a skilled Ultrasound Technologist to join our team. As a Diagnostic Imaging Specialist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures in accordance with department policy and procedure manuals. You will also assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform high-quality ultrasound procedures in strict accordance with currently approved practices.
Assist radiologists with ultrasound-guided biopsies and procedures if needed.
Monitor patient's well-being during exams and recognize patient discomfort or medical problems.
Requirements:
Completed Ultrasound Technologist program with diploma.
Passed SPI exam preferred.
Current ARDMS certifications or AART (S), or ARDMS Registry / ARRT (S) Eligible preferred.
BLS certification required.
Pay and Benefits:
USD $55.00 per hour.
$7,500.00 signing bonus offered.
Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
