We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at IntelyCare. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a variety of settings, including assisted living facilities and skilled nursing facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Administering nursing care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
- Working collaboratively with residents, medical staff, and other healthcare professionals to devise and implement effective care plans
- Ensuring residents receive the right personalized treatments and medications
- Explaining treatment options and care plans with residents and their family members
- Consulting with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, to ensure comprehensive care
- Setting up and monitoring medical equipment
- Overseeing compliance with facility policies and nursing standards
- Documenting and verifying the accuracy of interventions and medical histories
- Performing fluid sample draws for lab work
- Leading the training and supervision of nursing staff
- Assisting with incident investigations and verifying the accuracy of reporting
- Current Maryland state license to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Graduation from an approved nursing program
- Post-acute care or in-patient hospital experience (at least 4 months)
- Strong organizational skills
- Competitive hourly pay rate: $49-$60
- Payment on a weekly or daily basis
