Mutuel Supervisor Job Description

As a Mutuel Supervisor at Delaware Park Casino & Racing, you will be responsible for assisting the Cage and Sports Book Manager in all phases of Mutuel Operations. This includes supervising team members, evaluating their performance, and providing training and coaching as needed. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with Title 26 and Title 31 Currency Transactions reporting, Internal Controls, and required regulatory compliance. Additionally, you will be responsible for enforcing all Delaware Park Policy and Procedures, and for communicating with vendors and team members.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist Cage and Sports Book Manager in all phases of Mutuel Operations
* Supervise, evaluate, and train new team members
* Ensure compliance with Title 26 and Title 31 Currency Transactions reporting, Internal Controls, and required regulatory compliance
* Enforce all Delaware Park Policy and Procedures
* Communicate with vendors and team members

Requirements:

* One (1) to Three (3) years of experience as a Mutuel Teller
* Must be able to successfully complete and maintain the background check and licensing process as required during employment
* Prior customer service experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Must be able to remain flexible in an environment of constant change
* Must be able to sit, walk, and/or stand for an eight (8) hour shift without difficulty
