Key Responsibilities- Charting and medication administration
- Keeping comprehensive medical records of all patient interactions
- Reporting pertinent observations and reactions regarding residents promptly to RN

- Providing oncoming shift and supervisors with accurate and complete resident status reports
- Completing clinical admission paperwork and assisting with clinical discharge process
