Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Pacific Green Landscape Inc. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for supporting various HR functions and processes, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, and compliance.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Provide exceptional customer service to employees, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR initiatives, policies, and procedures.
• Conduct new-employee orientations, reviewing company policies, procedures, and benefits.
• Manage the full cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, selecting, hiring, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with employees, management, and external partners to promote a positive work environment.

• Bachelor's Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Three to five years of human resources experience, preferably in a similar role.
• Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
