Job Title: Cyborgwave LANSA Software Development Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled LANSA Programmer to join our team as a Team Lead. As a key member of our software development team, you will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications delivered on time and within budget.

About the Role

  • This is a multifaceted role with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities for growth and development.
  • You will work closely with customers, business analysts, and team members to understand business requirements that drive analysis and design of quality technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Programmers/Analysts in designing, coding, testing, implementing, maintaining, and supporting applications in LANSA and Visual LANSA on an end-to-end, full life cycle basis.
  • Establish operational objectives and work plans, and delegate assignments to subordinates.
  • Assist on team code reviews and provide feedback for improved efficiency.
  • Maintain, test, and integrate application components.
  • Analyze requirements and translate business requirements into product designs and write technical specifications.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent work experience (8+ years of experience in Software Development).
  • 5+ years of experience as a Team Lead or Leadership position.
  • Technical Skills Required: LANSA, Visual LANSA for iSeries.
  • Functional Experience Required: ACBS, Strong written and verbal communication skills, Experience working with clients.

Compensation

We offer a competitive salary of $120,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This includes a base salary of $100,000, plus a performance-based bonus of up to $20,000.
