Candidates should be strong clinicians who work well in teams, adhere to evidence-based clinical guidelines, and provide high quality care.



Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care to critically-ill newborns in the NICU
  • Attend high-risk deliveries and assess critically-ill newborns
  • Work collaboratively with NNPs to provide 24-hour, in-house coverage
  • Participate in block scheduling and live outside the area if needed


Requirements:

  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Pediatrics - REQUIRED
  • Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) or Board Certified in Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine - REQUIRED
  • NY license (or willing to obtain) - REQUIRED
