Job Summary

ARCH Healthcare is seeking a board-certified pediatrician to join our team at Pediatric Associates in Portsmouth, Ohio. As a pediatrician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide routine check-ups, vaccinations, and well-child care
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses
  • Perform minor surgical procedures
  • Order and interpret laboratory tests
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Base salary of $207,000 (50%tile MGMA) with additional compensation for experience
  • Guaranteed salary for 2 years, with option to switch to wRVU production contract
  • 5% less for those not yet boarded, salary adjusted accordingly upon board certification
  • 2-year contract includes vacation, CME/Books & Journals, medical school loan repayment, deferred compensation, retirement/savings plan, moving expense, malpractice insurance coverage, health insurance, and liquidated damages
Work Schedule and Environment

Our pediatrician will work a standard 40-hour week, with flexibility to adjust hours as needed. We offer a supportive and collaborative work environment, with a team of experienced healthcare professionals.

Our office is equipped with state-of-the-art technology, including POC testing, nebulizers, and lab services. We have 16 exam rooms and a variety of procedures, including suturing, skin tags/moles/wart removal, and I&D.
