Our 22-bed adult critical care unit at Blodgett Hospital provides high-quality, patient-centered care to medical and surgical ICU patients. As a team member on our unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of patients and diagnoses, including stroke, sepsis, diabetic ketoacidosis, and respiratory failure.
What You'll Do- Provide professional nursing care to patients and families, utilizing the nursing process and patient-family centered care principles.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including ICU providers, respiratory care, physical therapy, pharmacy, and social work, to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Develop and implement individualized plans of care, incorporating patient and family goals and preferences.
- Document education and learning in the patient's health record.

- 1 year of inpatient RN experience preferred.
