Magnet Medical is seeking a highly skilled Radiology Imaging Specialist to join our team as a Travel CT Technologist in Santa Fe, New Mexico.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced CT Technologist to operate computed tomography scanners and perform diagnostic imaging procedures for patients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of radiation safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate and calibrate the CT scanner to ensure high-quality images are captured.
  • Position patients properly on the CT table to minimize radiation exposure and ensure patient comfort.
  • Administer contrast agents or dye injections under physician or radiologist guidance to enhance image clarity.
  • Monitor equipment during imaging to prevent errors and ensure efficient patient flow.
  • Review CT images for quality and work closely with radiologists to ensure images meet diagnostic standards.
Requirements:
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography.
  • Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting.
  • Strong knowledge of radiation safety protocols and HIPAA guidelines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Salary and Benefits:

The estimated salary range for this position is $ $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience. Magnet Medical offers a tax-free stipend and competitive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
