The primary responsibilities of this position include maintaining confidentiality of records, assessing risk of harm to self and others, and providing counseling services to clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining client-related paperwork, evaluating physical and mental conditions, and referring clients to community resources and internal services as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in counseling, social work, or related field
  • Active license in the state of Arizona
  • Independently licensed clinician
  • Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
  • Current DPS Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (preferred)
  • Bilingual (preferred)
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Software, especially the 365 platform
  • Experience with electronic health records
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Knowledge of integrated healthcare delivery models

Compensation: $72,000 - $92,000 per year
