The company's product portfolio includes a broad array of water treatment chemistries, process aids, functional additives, and cleaners and disinfectants, as well as state-of-the-art monitoring and control systems.
As a Rewind Operator, you will play a critical role in maintaining and improving operational efficiencies, enhancing product quality, protecting plant assets, minimizing environmental impact, and creating cleaner and safer environments.
Key responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized production area, verifying material accuracy, producing in-spec products, and performing quality checks.
You will also be responsible for making adjustments to the machine, monitoring waste, and performing maintenance tasks as assigned.
Able to perform some maintenance on the rewinders and give the Materials Manager or Material Handlers adequate notice of any changes of jobs so they may have it set-up prior to starting.
Report any problems or unsafe conditions to the Production Supervisor and follow all established policies and safety procedures, including proper use of PPE.
