River Crossing Rehab and Healthcare Center is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist Assistant to join our interdisciplinary team. As a PTA, you will play a vital role in implementing resident-specific treatment plans and collaborating with our Physical Therapist to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality direct treatment to patients in accordance with established plans of care, monitoring for signs and symptoms of favorable and unfavorable reactions to treatment.
- Accurately document all pertinent information regarding the Physical Therapy treatment program, ensuring timely and effective communication with the supervising Physical Therapist.
- Consistently meet productivity standards, maintaining effective time management and contributing to a positive work environment.
- Participate in patient care plan meetings, actively contributing to interdisciplinary collaboration and program development.
- Communicate patient progress and response to treatment with the supervising Physical Therapist, identifying best practices for Physical Therapy practice and sharing with the Rehab Team.
- Certified Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) certification.
