Patient Care Technician

We are seeking a skilled Patient Care Technician to join our team at Evanston Hospital, working night shifts in the Neuro/Uro/Overflow department. As a Patient Care Technician, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to a positive patient experience.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Assist with patient transfers, lifts, and repositioning as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in patient education and discharge planning.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient information.
- Eligible to work in the US.
- Completion of an accredited certified nursing assistant (CNA) training course preferred.
- Current BLS certification for the Healthcare Provider issued by American Heart Association.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, including teamwork, prioritization, and direction-following.
- Basic computer skills.
